Why air168 VIP Is Different

More Than Just Bonuses – The air168 VIP Programme Gives You the Treatment You Truly Deserve

Many online gaming platforms offer "VIP programs" that are little more than empty labels — you're called a VIP but treated almost the same as a regular member. At air168, we believe loyal members deserve recognition that is genuinely tangible and felt in every gaming session.

The air168 VIP programme is built on three core pillars: fair and transparent rewards, personalised and responsive service, and exclusive privileges unavailable to regular members. From weekly cashback calculated automatically to surprise birthday bonuses, every aspect of the air168 VIP programme is designed with a genuine understanding of what Malaysian players need.

Best of all, there is no fee to join the air168 VIP programme. Your tier is upgraded automatically based on your gaming activity — the more you play, the higher your VIP level and the greater the rewards you enjoy. This is air168's way of saying thank you to members who have trusted our platform.

In addition, all air168 VIP tiers are granted access to priority customer support channels, ensuring every query or issue you encounter is resolved faster than for regular members. At higher VIP tiers, you get a personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or a dedicated hotline — someone who truly knows your gaming profile and can help you get the most out of every session.

Premium Experience

What Makes the air168 VIP Experience Truly Different from Other Platforms?

When you achieve VIP status at air168, the difference you feel goes beyond numbers and percentages — it's about how you're treated as a whole. This is the most noticeable change and the one most valued by our VIP members.

Imagine you encounter a withdrawal issue on a weekend when regular customer support is busy. As an air168 Platinum VIP member, you don't have to join the same support queue. Your personal account manager is directly reachable and will resolve your issue in minimal time — even late at night or on public holidays.

From a gaming perspective, air168 VIP members get early access to new games before they are officially released to the public. This means you are among the first players to try the latest titles from leading international providers, with all your VIP benefits fully applied from day one.

For Elite VIP members, air168 provides an exclusive annual holiday package — typically including premium hotel accommodation and luxury activities at selected destinations. This is not a marketing gimmick; it is air168's sincere appreciation for members who have become an important part of our platform's community.

VIP WhatsApp Support

Platinum VIP members and above get a direct WhatsApp number for their personal account manager, reachable 24 hours a day.

Bahasa Malaysia Support

All air168 VIP account managers are fluent in Bahasa Melayu and understand the specific needs of Malaysian users.

Loyalty Rewarded

Air168 Loyalty Points System – Earn, Redeem, Enjoy

Alongside the VIP tiers, air168 also runs a loyalty points system that operates in parallel. Every RM 10 you wager earns 1 loyalty point, regardless of whether you win or lose that session. Points accumulate throughout the month and can be redeemed for a variety of attractive rewards.

This loyalty points system adds an extra layer of rewards on top of your existing cashback and VIP bonuses. This means you always get something back from every ringgit invested in games at air168, without waiting for complicated conditions to be met first.

Points can be redeemed at any time via the Rewards page in your account. Redemption options include game credits, cash bonuses, a wide range of branded merchandise, and for Elite VIP members, direct redemption to your bank account is also available with no conversion fee.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About the air168 VIP Programme

No, you do not need to register separately. The air168 VIP programme is fully automatic — as soon as you register an air168 account and start making deposits and playing, our system begins tracking your VIP progress in real time. Once your cumulative deposit reaches the VIP Silver tier threshold (RM 500), you will be upgraded automatically and receive a notification in your account.

Your VIP status at air168 is guaranteed to remain active for at least 30 days from the upgrade date, regardless of your gaming activity. After the 30-day period, the system will reassess your activity within that timeframe. If you remain active — even at a lower level — your status will most likely be retained. air168 understands that players have varying busy and leisure periods.

air168 VIP cashback is calculated based on your gaming activity from Monday to Sunday of the previous week, and credited automatically every Monday before 12:00 PM. No manual claim process required — funds go directly to your account balance and can be used immediately for games or withdrawals with no additional wagering requirements.

air168 supports all major Malaysian payment methods including online bank transfers (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Public Bank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and over-the-counter bank deposits. Platinum VIP members and above also gain access to dedicated deposit channels with higher transaction limits and faster processing times.

Once you reach the Platinum VIP tier, your personal account manager's WhatsApp number and Live Chat ID will be sent via your in-account notification and registered email. You can contact your manager directly at any time — they are on duty 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays, ensuring all your needs are handled promptly and efficiently.

Yes, all game categories at air168 — including slots, fish shooting, bingo, sports betting and other games — count towards your cumulative deposit total and VIP activity. No game is excluded from the VIP calculation system. This means you are free to play your favourite games without worrying about which ones "qualify" for VIP progression.
