Who We Are
Air168 was born from a clear vision: to create an online gaming platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian users — safe, fair, easy to use, and always putting the member experience above all else.
The air168 Story
Air168 did not start as a large corporation backed by billions — it began as an answer to a simple question: why is it still so difficult for Malaysians to enjoy an online gaming experience that is truly safe, fair, and enjoyable? Too many overseas platforms fail to understand the local context — from incompatible payment methods and unfriendly interfaces to customer support that cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
It was with that background that the air168 founding team decided to build something different. Something built from the ground up with Malaysian users in mind at every stage — from interface design and payment method selection, to the types of games offered and the way our support team communicates with members.
Today, air168 has grown into one of Malaysia's most popular online gaming platforms with over 500,000 registered members. Yet even as those numbers grow, our commitment remains exactly the same as day one — every air168 member deserves the best, safest, and most enjoyable experience we can provide.
To become the number one online gaming platform of choice for Malaysians — known not only for an extensive game library, but for the integrity, security, and respect we show every member regardless of background.
To provide a fair, safe, and responsible gaming environment — backed by the latest technology, genuine customer support, and a responsible gaming programme that is truly implemented, not just written on paper.

Our Journey
Every great achievement begins with a confident first step. Here are the key milestones in air168's journey to becoming the trusted online gaming platform widely recognised today.
We are proud of every phase of this growth — not merely for the numbers, but because they reflect the trust that hundreds of thousands of Malaysian users have placed in us. That trust is something we uphold with full responsibility.
Air168 was founded by a group of local technology and gaming industry professionals with one clear goal — to create an online gaming platform genuinely designed for the Malaysian market. Our small team began building the technical infrastructure and obtaining the necessary licences.
Air168 officially launched and within the first 3 months, we successfully gathered 10,000 registered members. This encouraging response proved that the Malaysian market truly needed a platform like air168. We began expanding our game collection and integrating local payment methods.
That year, air168 became one of the first platforms in Malaysia to fully integrate DuitNow for both deposits and withdrawals. The air168 VIP Programme was also launched, rewarding loyal members who had been with us from the very beginning.
Reaching 100,000 registered members was a historic milestone for air168. We celebrated by launching the Fish Shooting Games and Live Bingo categories, which were warmly welcomed by our community. Customer support was further strengthened with additional staff and a 24/7 live chat system.
Air168 now has over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. We are investing heavily in new technology infrastructure, including an AI fraud detection system, expanded server capacity, and a faster, more responsive mobile interface. Our best journey is still ahead.
Our Core Values
These values are not mere slogans — they are the principles we uphold in every aspect of air168's operations.
Every game at air168 uses a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent audit body. No manipulation, no tricks.

Air168 is more than just a platform — it is a community. We listen to member feedback and use it as the foundation for every improvement we make.
We are fully committed to responsible gaming. Limit management tools, self-exclusion options, and support for members who need assistance are available at all times.
The gaming industry keeps evolving, and air168 always stays ahead. We regularly update the platform, add new games, and refine the user experience.
When you need to reach us, we're here. 24/7 support isn't just a promise on a webpage — it's a real commitment we deliver on every single day.
Air168 welcomes all adult users in Malaysia regardless of background. Our platform is available in Bahasa Malaysia to ensure everyone can use it comfortably.
